Warren was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland on July 16. 1971 to parents Brian and Edna Parker, and brother to Julie.
At the age of 6, Warren received Jesus Christ into his young life. In those early years he showed a great love and desire for music. Warren could sit at a piano or any other musical instrument and make music without reading a note; it was evident that God had blessed him with a God given talent.
In later years he did study theory and conservatory music.
In his early teens Warren had a heart for Missions and was blessed to travel throughout various countries of the world through his home church. These trips included a 6 month mission trip to Belize in Central America with 4 other guys. While there he was actively involved in leading youth in sports and music programs along with other activities. God was preparing him for what was ahead. In the two years following, he had the priviledge to play piano for a gospel music group based in South Carolina, USA.

In 2000 they became a trio known as The Parker Trio ( P3 ) and by 2003 they had 7 CD'S and 1 DVD released along with 11 songs they wrote. With the addition of Angie White as soprana, and her husband Brandt as sound technician and bus driver, the team was now complete. The travel became extensive from one coast to another, and they were on the road 250 days a year, ministering in Churches, conventions, prisons, rehabs, wherever doors would open. God was really moving and they were seeing many people come to know Christ as their personal Saviour.
